A connection to the book: My uncle owns a horse farm and one of the horse was abused so my uncle rescued him. I could really connect with what the horse went through because of the way his face looked he looked so scared and I asked my uncle if I could have him he said yes but I have to be careful. He is a great horse and is not scared because of the love he now has I named him Midnight.
Genre: realistic fiction
Recommended ?: yes
Why or why not? I think you should read this book because it gives you a great lesson about how animals are treated and what you can do to help them because I do not think its far for any animal to be treated that way.
