A connection to the book: When I was little I used to throw a bunch of weird ingredients together to try to make something wonderful but I always just ended up throwing up or really sick. Andrew got tricked into eating a bunch of gross ingredients to try to get freckles but it did not work.

Why or why not? I would recommend this book to someone else because it is funny and it teaches you a lesson that is don't mix up random food or drinks you will get sick.

Hi Jessie! Sounds like this story was really funny! I have never read it, in fact, I have never read any of Judy Blume's books! Maybe when I get through reading the Golden Sower books I will start a Judy Blume book! I've read some really good Golden Sower's so far this summer! Keep reading Jessie!
